Posters created by me for the annual edition of Den Dåliga Filmfestivalen (The Lousy Film Festival).
These two posters, while complementing each other, exhibit distinct differences that add a unique charm to each piece. Drawing inspiration from the Reddit thread r/malelivingspace and the innovative work of American lighting artist James Turrell, I aimed to create visuals that capture both the essence and the quirkiness of the festival.
The models used in the posters were meticulously handcrafted by me, ensuring a personal touch and authenticity in every detail. I also undertook the photography, aiming to highlight the textures and intricacies of the handmade models. During the festival, these models were not only featured in the posters but were also exhibited, allowing attendees to appreciate the craftsmanship up close.
In addition to the main posters, I was responsible for designing the program posters and creating t-shirts for the staff at Bio Roy, the festival's venue. Each design element was carefully considered to maintain a cohesive aesthetic that resonates with the spirit of Den Dåliga Filmfestivalen.
